Coach Josh Bryant's Westfield Shamrocks won their 5th consecutive
HCC Girls Golf Championship at the difficult Bear Slide Golf Course.
The Rocks were led by Kelsey Haverluck's (Jr) 35-35 for a 1 under par
70. Other Westfield scores were Addi Kooi (Sr) 73, Sophie Raines (So) 77, and Sammy Hanavan (Jr) 81.
Haverluck's individual title was Westfield's 5th in a row. In addition, the Rocks have claimed 8 of the last 10 individual championships.
The HCC team title is Westfield's 7th overall which ties the Shamrocks with
Hamilton Southeastern for the most HCC Girls Golf titles in the 25 year history of the conference.

Coach Adam Wood's Eagles fired a 2 day 600 to outdistance
HCC foe Westfield by 5 strokes.
Senior Andrew Wall finished even par while Max Steiner (+4),
Gavin Poole (+7), and Brycen Tisch (+13) rounded out the scoring
for the Eagles. Also, Bryce Conley was +23 for Zionsville.
Zionsville coach Adam Wood won the IHSAA individual title in
2013.
The Hoosier Crossroads Conference dominated by taking every spot
on the podium with Hamilton Southeastern and Noblesville
finishing 3rd and 4th.

Coach Josh Bryant's Shamrocks finished a strong 2nd com-
pleting the difficult Prairie View Course 5 strokes behind
fellow HCC member Zionsville.
Jake Cesare led they way finishing -1 while Will Harvey (+7),
Ryan Cesare (+11), and Hudson Kutchna (+12) completed the
scoring for the Rocks. Also, Brayden Worthington was +23.

First year coach Emily Pusti's Hamilton Southeastern Royals defeated New Palestine 2-1 in walk off fashion to win the schools' 3rd state softball championship.
Alex Kiemeyer doubled home Addy Justice with the game winner with 1 out in the bottom of the 7th.
Sophomore pitcher Grace Swedarsky recorded 13 Ks for the Royals while Addy Justice went 3-3 at the plate.
The State Champion Royals finished the season 25-4.
Coach Nathan Warnecke's Fishers Tigers captured their first IHSAA Boys
Track & Field Championship.
Tyler Tarter led the way with first place finishes in both the 110m Hurdles and the 300m Hurdles.
Tarter had plenty of help from JonAnthony Hall who finished 2nd in the Long Jump and Joel Gates who finished 2nd in the discus.
In addition, Matthew Kim finished 5th in the 800m, the 4 X 100m Relay
Team (Joe Syrus, Carsen Eloms, JonAnthony Hall, Tristan Capps) finished 3rd and the 4 X400m Relay (Tyler Tarter, Matthew Kim, Leo Morrow, Makell Wiggins) finished 6th. Also, the 4 X 800m Relay Team crossed the line 2nd (Declan Mohr, Makel Wiggins, Bryson Slagle, Matthew Kim).
Fishers edged fellow HCC member Hamilton Southeastern 60 to 54. Franklin Central finished a very commendable 4th.

Coach Garrett Lawton's Hamilton Southeastern Royals
finished a strong 2nd in the IHSAA State Meet.
The Royals 4 X 100m Relay Team (Silas Newton, Christian
Ortiz, Chandler Weston, Mason Alexander) raced to the
championship with a :41.79.
Josiah Bird also won the discus with a throw of 182'9".
Depth was key for the Royals as they also recorded points
in the 100m (Mason Alexander 5th), 400m (Christian Ortiz 5th),
800m (Mason Schmitz 4th), Pole Vault (Connor Langsford 4th),
and in the Long Jump (Michael Griffith 3rd).
Also, the 4 X 400m Relay Team finished 5th (Hunter Hoeft,
Michael Griffith, Jaxson Wanza, Mason Schmitz).

Coach Dave Heffern's #2 ranked Fishers Tigers lost a close 3-2 match to #1 ranked South Bend St. Joseph.
The Tiger wins came at #1 and #2 Doubles. At #1, Cassie Maurer and Caroline Ober won in 3 sets. At #2, Emma Behler and Meredith Ober won easily....6-0, 6-0.
Coach Patrick Schooley's Fishers Tigers finished 2nd at the IHSAA
State Meet.
The Tigers were edged by Elkhart 124-112. Fellow HCC members
Noblesville finished tied for 5th with 88 points and Westfield
finished 9th with 81 points.

In an HCC race that came down to the final series, Noblesville and Zionsville tied for the Baseball Championship.
It is Zionsville's first since 2021 when they shared the title with Westfield.
Noblesville won the HCC title outright last year.
Noblesville, Westfield and Zionsville now own 5 HCC championships trailing only Brownsburg with 6.

Coach Dave Heffern's Fishers Tigers won their 3rd consecutive HCC Tennis Championship and 5th in school history. The #2 ranked Tigers edged Noblesville 37-36.
Junior Mischa Briggs (Fishers) won her 3rd HCC Singles title.

Coach Casey Popenfoose's Brownsburg Bulldogs won their 2nd consecutive HCC Boys Track/Field championship. It is their 4th title
overall (all coming in the last 5 years).
The Bulldogs were led by Ian Baker's win the the 1600m, Jaylen Walcott's win in the Pole Vault and the 4 X 100m Relay win (Isaiah Billups, Josh Handy, Garrett Sherrill and Deandre Cooper).
Tyler Tarter of Fishers won both the 110m Hurdles and the 300m Hurdles. He set a new HCC Meet record in the 300m with a :37.09 mark.
Zionsville's 4 X 800m Relay team set a new HCC record with a 7:48.30 breaking the mark they set last year. (Dominick Dell, John Turnbull, John Bailey and Evan Mayo)
Franklin Central's 4 X400m Relay team tied the HCC Meet record with a

Coach Julie Alano's Hamilton Southeastern Royals continued their
domination of HCC Girls Track slipping past last year's champion Brownsburg 106.5 to 105.
Freshman Anissa Lammie led the way for the Royals with 2 individual
titles in the 200m & 400m. Lammie set a new HCC Meet Record in the
400 with a :55.34 breaking the old mark by nearly 2 seconds.
Hamilton Southeastern's Elizabeth Butler was also an individual
champion with a record breaking 10:47.28 in the 3200.
In addition, the Royals won the 3200m Relay and the 1600m Relay.
The Championship is the Royals' 16th in the 24 year history of the HCC.
Westfield's Lucy Hauser and Noblesville's Hannah Alexander were also double individual champions. Hauser swept both the 100 and 300m Hurdles and Alexander won both the shot put and discus. Alexander set a new HCC Meet record in both her events.

Coach Garrett Winegar's Fishers Tigers won the school's first IHSAA Boys Basketball Championship defeating defending state champion Ben Davis 65-56. The Tigers finished the season with a nearly flawless 29-1 record.
